The Inspire line is now comprised of cervical, posterior, and anterior lumbar solutions.

Curiteva Inc.’s Inspire implant portfolio has been used to treat more than 10,000 vertebral levels, the company announced. With 5,000 interbodies implanted in just the last several months, this milestone underscores the rapid market adoption and impact of Curiteva’s 3D-printed Trabecular PEEK with HAFUSE technology, executives said.
The 10,000-level achievement coincides with the Inspire Standalone ALIF system’s alpha launch and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration clearance of Inspire 3D Printed Trabecular PEEK Technology’s nano technology designation, further enhancing and expanding the portfolio.
“After using the Inspire Technology for the past two years in my high-risk patients, I’ve seen firsthand the rapid bone growth through and around the fusion construct, all without seeing any cases of pseudarthrosis or cage subsidence,” stated Jeffrey Mullin, M.D., with University of Buffalo Neurosurgery. “This milestone is not only a celebration of the patients’ lives impacted but, it’s likely just the beginning of rapid market adoption given the outcomes when using the Inspire technology”.
“Dr. Mullins’ experience echoes what we consistently hear from physicians using Inspire—incredible results with minimal-to-no adverse events, even in the most challenging patients,” Curiteva Chief Commercial Officer David Schmidt said. “With 60% growth in surgeries and a 90% increase in our surgeon customer base over the past year, Inspire’s momentum shows no signs of slowing down. 2026 is poised to be a breakout year for Inspire and Curiteva.”
Curiteva plans to expand Inspire Technology’s application into other surgical approaches, with standalone cervical and lateral systems currently prioritized for development.
Curiteva is a privately held technology and manufacturing company based in Huntsville, Ala. The company is pioneering 3D printing of Trabecular PEEK implants with a bioactive nano-surface to revolutionize the way engineered structures and implant biomaterials accelerate immunomodulation, enhance healing, and improve patient outcomes.
